Contract Agreement at Miami International Airport

Maloof represented a retail management firm in winning a contract after the firm had tried for five years to secure locations at Miami International Airport. The client beat out a close rival for the 2006 agreement that brought 10 shops to the north and south terminals.

Maloof’s team worked with their client, who had been trying to get into Miami Airport (MIA) for 10 years, to successfully beat out a competitor 20 times its size, and were awarded a contract to open multiple shops and stores inside the airport, for a 15 year contract term.
